I just had a fantastic experience at Peace Arch Lenstudio at Miramar Village in White Rock! I booked my eye exam online for a Thursday and had my new glasses ready for pickup the following Tuesday. The opticians and assistants were incredibly friendly and professional, offering excellent customer service without ever making me feel pushed or pressured to buy. They even readjusted my current older glasses for me. It was such a refreshing experience. The doctor was extremely thorough, taking the time to understand and address my vision concerns. Not only did he help resolve the issues I was having, but he also set my mind at ease about recent changes in my vision. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Plus, my new feather light glasses have hardly any weight at all, I forget I’m wearing glasses. My family & I will definitely be loyal customers from now on. I wanted Moscots and LenStudio seemed to be the only dealer in the area, so I went out to White Rock to check them out. He didn’t have the specific ones I was looking for, so took me through other options and brands, and he ended up bringing in a couple of the preferred Moscots from another shop. I decided on a pair and colour I liked and he ordered. When they arrived the colour was way darker than it showed on the website, but he encouraged me to try them for a couple days. After a couple days, I reached back out with my disappointment. Nick went out of his way to find another model of frames, which required new lenses (different size) to make me happy. He could have just said, sorry this is what you chose, but he didn’t. Even with the new pair, which I’m happy with, he and his partner have adjusted the glasses a couple times to make sure I’m satisfied. I went here because I have a small and narrow nose bridge, so most frames at various stores didn't fit me. I was stunned at the quality and the varieties of options available to me. Their style are so beautiful and they can't be found elsewhere. The icing on the cake was Nick was so awesome. He had the patience for me to try numerous frame on. He took his time to explain things to me. And I settled on two beautiful glasses, which I believe I'm going to enjoy for a long time. What can I say except this will be the best customer service you will receive pretty much anywhere? I found this store while searching for a very particular brand of frame, and when I went in, they steered me towards a much better option that I'm in love with. Brought them a pair of sunglasses that other stores couldn't make lenses for due to curvature, no problem, they handled it amazing on the first go. Had an issue with another pair of frames, they bent over backwards to fix a problem they didn't even cause! If you want the premium experience, look no further. This is my first time to need glasses, and it was with trepidation that I stepped into this establishment. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor patiently listened to the nuanced information I provided, and really spent time to fine tune the prescription I would need. After, I was handed over to an associate who helped me sort through the myriad of frame options, making suggestions and providing feedback on fit. Finally the different lens options available, including demos of said lenses was an educational experience in of itself for a newbie to the eyeglasses world. I placed my order and it was ready within a few days. The store itself is spotless, the selection to me looks varied and beautiful, and overall I had a five star experience, which is a rare thing in the lower mainland.
